All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or busy periods.

Sage & Sprout is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed over to the courier.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Sage & Sprout is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

For orders shipped to Australia, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
