Refund policy

At Sage & Sprout, every piece is thoughtfully made with care and intention. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

To start a return, please email us at angela@sageandsprout.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing, subject to availability.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us via email angela@sageandsprout.co.nz and we will guide you through the process.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sage & Sprout cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

We will make it right as quickly as possible.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
